[Sports Seoul | Korean Air received the highest rating in the service quality evaluation conducted by Skytrax.


Korean Air announced on the 12th that it received the highest rating of 5 stars in Skytrax's service quality evaluation.


Skytrax, a British aviation consulting and rating agency, annually evaluates the service level of airlines around the world and announces a rating from 1 to 5 stars. For about two weeks, unidentified judges board the plane and evaluate the quality of service.


Korean Air received favorable reviews in all areas, including the quality of in-flight meals and wine, on-demand audio and video services, continuous introduction of next-generation aircraft, and strengthened customer service.
